Certification of Insurance Policy

Event insurance is required to be able to Rent the Barn at Spring Church. The Barn at Spring Church is offering Renters “Gather Guard” to ease the rental process. To purchase Gather Guard, navigate to (https://app.gatherguard.com/?v=G100-000 and complete steps below.

 

All renters should review the Frequently Asked Questions section of this insurance and can be viewed at https://gatherguard.com/faqs/.

  • On Step 1, Select Your Event, from the options shown under the Most popular event types. If your type of event is not shown there, click on the Select from the list box shown below Other event types.

    • Answer the questions that appear by clicking on the appropriate answer box under each question.

    • Click on the Continue button

  • On Step 2, Event Information complete the following:

    • Under the Venue heading, you should see The Barn @ Spring Church as the venue.

    • Under the Basic Coverage heading, you will see $1,000,000 limit for each incident (occurrence). There will be an option to change the amount. For the Barn @ Spring Church, the minimum $1,000,000 is required, however a renter can chose a higher amount. The Basic Coverage also includes Host Liquor coverage as well as a $250,000 basic protection for damage that may be caused to the event space.

      • Click on the Next button

    • Under the About Your Event complete all sections about your event.

      • Once complete, click on the Next button.

    • Under the Additional Coverages section, select any additional options as needed based on your event. Please make sure to read this fully when making your selection(s).

      • Click on the Next button.

    • Click on the Checkout button

      • Complete the individual or Company/Organization information under the Insured

section

  • Click on Confirm Insured

  • Complete the Insurance Contact section

    • Click on Confirm Insurance Contact

  • Complete the Confirm Payment Information

  • Once payment has been confirmed, you should receive a Certificate of Liability Insurance.

 

  • The GatherGuard Certificate of Liability Insurance will be emailed from the company to the Spring Church Bed and Breakfast, LLC after it is purchased. Failure to purchase the required GatherGuard certificate of liability insurance ten (30) days prior will result in cancellation of your event and forfeiture of your deposit and rental fees.     

 

 

Terms and Agreement

 

I, the undersigned, have read and understand the terms and agreement for the rental of the Barn at Spring Church (facility). The provisions of the guidelines have been thoroughly discussed with me by the Facility Manager, and I agree to uphold these regulations in accordance with said policy. All renters must consent to the terms of the policy to have access to the facility.
